Orion Additive Manufacturing GmbH designs and manufactures high-temperature 3D printers for medical, aerospace, and industrial applications. Based in Berlin, our fast-growing team is passionate about pushing the limits of PEEK and continuous-fiber printing.

What You’ll Do

  • Operations & Admin: process invoices, reconcile expenses, maintain vendor contracts, update shared documentation
  • Sales Support: qualify inbound leads, prepare quote templates, update and segment CRM data
  • Marketing Assistance: schedule and draft social-media posts, coordinate basic ad placements, collect and summarize web-analytics metrics
  • Customer Coordination: handle routine client inquiries, route technical issues to engineering, follow up on quote status
  • Project Coordination: plan and track sprint tasks, schedule stakeholder meetings, take minutes, monitor deadlines
  • Process Improvement: map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, propose and document simple SOPs

Who You Are

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field at a Berlin university
  • Legally eligible to work in Germany as a Werkstudent: up to 20 h/week during semesters
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new tools (e.g., Odoo ERP/CRM, Todoist, ChatGPT, )
  • Fluent in English; German at B1+ level preferred
  • Strong communicator with a customer-centric mindset
  • Interest in deep tech or additive manufacturing is a plus

Summary
