Orion Additive Manufacturing GmbH develops high-temperature 3D printers for medical, aerospace, and industrial applications. We’re a fast-growing Berlin-based team passionate about pushing the limits of PEEK and carbon-fiber printing.

What You’ll Do

  • Grant-Project Reporting: collect data, track expenses, prepare periodic reports
  • Accounting Support: invoice processing, expense reconciliation, liaise with our finance partners
  • Administrative Workflows: file contracts, complete legal forms, maintain shared drives
  • CRM & Inbox Management: enter leads, update customer records, sort and flag emails, draft routine responses and quotes
  • Customer Support: handle basic customer inquiries via email/phone, escalate technical issues to engineering
  • Marketing Assistance: help set up social-media calendars, draft blog or newsletter copy, gather basic web-analytics data
  • Project Coordination: schedule meetings, take minutes, track action items through to completion
  • Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks, propose simple SOPs

Who You Are

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related) at a Berlin university
  • Looking for a “Pflichtpraktikum” (mandatory internship) of at least 3 months, full-time
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace; ERP or CRM exposure is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German skills welcome but not required
  • Self-starter—able to juggle multiple tasks, ask questions, and follow through
  • Customer-oriented communicator who can represent our brand professionally

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly accounting tasks (invoice processing, expense tracking)
  • Support grant-project administration: gather expense data, prepare draft reports and presentations, liaise with academic partners
  • Streamline office workflows: file contracts, organize legal paperwork, maintain shared drives
  • Help manage your inbox and CRM: sort incoming inquiries, qualify leads, draft routine responses and quotes
  • Contribute to marketing efforts: draft social-media posts, help plan newsletters, collect basic web-analytics data
  • Coordinate small projects: schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, track action items through to completion
  • Identify process-improvement opportunities and propose simple SOPs
