We are thrilled to introduce our new Authorized Reseller and Technical Support Partner in Italy: MakeAdditive.

We kicked off the partnership last week at their 2026 Open House in Bologna. MakeAdditive is the Motor Valley's local expert on all things AM. Their parent company PMFACTORY srl is a powerhouse in the Italian automotive industry, producing small- and large-format parts at their Bologna facility for some of the biggest names in motorsports.

PEEK MATERIAL

PEEK (poly-ether-ether-ketone) is a high strength, temperature resistant, chemically resistant, inert thermoplastic used in a wide range of engineering applications ranging from aerospace and medical. It is also used as a lightweight substitute to replace metals parts for mass reduction.

Orion AM's patent-pending Thermal Radiation Heating technology helps get the most benefit from these material properties by increasing interlayer bonding and crystallinity. This results in high strength parts for end-use applications.
